I called Mr Muguzi's office. He answered the phone. Was busy with something else. Yet took the time to listen to me. About a immigration matter. Answered my questions. Alley my fears. Gave me a solution. Most people wanted $150 or more before they would listen to me. Few who listened, wan...ted from $500 - $1500 dollars to fill out a web form. All others carefully withheld information that would have helped me file the paperwork myself. None of them outlined what I needed to do, what I can expect to happen. So Kudos to this man.
