We needed to ask always about our process and doubts in order to get information because by himself he wouldn't advise us about further steps. Any other observations that are out of the box he will take it as personal and instead of solving a constructive critic about his service he simply threatens,... do not show his face and terminates a contract without any warning. We were in a fiancé process and cut out all communication with him and paralegals leaving us as clients in the air before the interview at the embassy obviously without counseling on videochat and explanation about this step. He uses a not proper texting to a client and when said this he doesn't takes it well but instead he gets defensive.
