Very Slow to Act, Not Successful

Replied last July 31, 2017This client came to me after several attorneys reportedly had refused to take his case. The original accident report identified him as partially at fault in causing the accident. In NC, if you are 1 percent at fault in causing an accident you recover nothing and are considered contributorily negligent. I took the case advising him of these concerns. Our office successfully had the police modify the original report, which is difficult to accomplish, but the adjuster continued to deny the claim after the demand package had been submitted. When this was reported to the client, which was required, the client became enraged and terminated representation before anything further could be done. We never heard from the client again and don't know what actually happened to him. The firm and my track record speaks for itself. We work hard to achieve the best for our clients and this is reflected not only in our other reviews, but in the over 30 awards that have been received. At the end of the day, however, it is the results that matter and we have proven time again to achieve those.
