Curtina Camille Nesmith

I am an Army Veteran. Prior to entering the military, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in History from Fayetteville State University. As a member of the armed services, I earned my Master's Degree in Health Care Management from TUI University. After my military service, I earned my Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law. Not only am I a licensed attorney, I am also a Certified Pharmacy Technician. I have spent nearly fifteen years working in retail, hospital, and military pharmacies. 

I am licensed to practice law throughout North Carolina and have received admission to state court and the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.  I am an accredited Veteran Claims Attorney and a commissioned notary public.  NeSmith Law Firm, PLLC is located in Mecklenburg County.

My personal experience as a veteran allows me to assist veteran's with issues that I have experienced first hand, ranging from claims, benefits, and educational assistance. I have worked with musicians, entertainment managers, and record label executives, which afforded me the opportunity to draft and review contracts and industry agreements and understand the intricacies of royalties. I have also assisted local fashion designers, models, and stylist in the formation of their business entity as well as provided counseling on trademarks and protecting their brand. As a Community Economic Development Student Attorney and a small business owner, I have gained both the knowledge and experience in business entity formation and formalities, along with contract and agreement drafting.
