When I watched other attorneys and clients interact with the bankruptcy judge, I was amazed that Mr. Duncan had so thourghly covered the needed information with us and reviewed the details with us, a second time. The Judge had all the information needed, the proper backup documents etc. Other attorne...ys were having to resubmit forms or furnish ones, left out. Mr Duncan also told us just what to expect in the hearing, which made us feel comfortable during the actual procedure..
