I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Terry Duncan is great lawyer, when we met, he talked to me asked a few question.Explained to me the prodcedures of a bankruptcy and what it ment. I allready had a judgement and he asked the staff to help me with it at no charge. He was very respectful, made me feel confortable when talking to him, ...he was very thorough with all his explanation and did not mind answering any questions at all, no matter how silly they were he answered them with respect. He gave hand books with everything that he had explained in person and he had his staff to help us with all the paper work that we needed to gather and help us to get it.
