Ms Walker was engaged to provide legal services in relation to landlord/tenant matters a little over a year ago. In addition to landlord/tenant matters, Ms Walker reviews our existing leases and prepares new lease documents. We work with her monthly on various legal issues from new lease transactions... to enforcement of lease documents.
