Charles G. Monnett III has extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts. He has appeared for oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. He has successfully tried numerous jury and non-jury cases. Mr. Monnett is one of a small number of attorneys in the state of North Carolina who have obtained a jury verdict in excess of $1,000, in a personal injury action involving mild traumatic brain injury.
