Gerald Anderson Stein

Andy is a civil litigator and trial attorney who has tried over 100 cases to a judge, jury, or arbitration panel. He has represented both individuals and companies in many diverse matters including long-term care, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, product liability, and other catastrophic injury cases. Andy is licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina, and has tried cases to jury verdict in North Carolina Superior and District courts, Federal District Court, and argued before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
