I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the representation provided by Mr. Huntley in a fairly recent traffic matter. I'm from out of town and got a speeding ticket in Charlotte. I wasn't aware of how serious the ticket was until I researched the NC law and found out how it would effect my insurance. Found Banks by comparing websites of several attorneys in the area, his in my opinion was the best.. I was stopped going very near the posted speed limit , but had just came into a school zone 15 minutes before school let out and did not see blinking light ,lowering speed limit. He handled it for me ...with no points against my insurance etc. VERY pleased , also kept me posted along the way .
