Banks Hudson Huntley

I cannot recommend Banks Huntley enough! If you need a traffic lawyer who knows the law and is direct in what results he can deliver, look no further than the office of Banks Huntley! I received a ticket for going 82mph in a 55mph and that is considered reckless driving. After a 10 minute call, I was... advised that the reckless driving charge could be dismissed and the speed reduced. After paying a VERY affordable fee, I received proof of what I was promised in less than a week; reckless driving dismissed and speed reduced to 9 miles over the limit (cartwheels)! I hope I don’t get another ticket anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling the office of Banks Huntley!

I received a speeding ticket while on vacation in NC. The worse part is the 70MPH speed limit had dropped to 55MPH without my seeing a reduced sign. So my speed was very much in excess. To top it off, the trooper added a reckless driving charge, which was ridiculous. When I returned home to CA, ther...e were several letters from attorneys offering to represent me. I received a traffic violation while while traveling through NC. I immediately received at least 20 solicitation letters from lawyers in the NC area offering to represent me.
