Being new to the state of North Carolina, I had no idea my minor speeding ticket (although in a school zone) would require an attorney. I could not have asked for or found a better lawyer than Banks. First off, he took on my case with only a day's notice; long story short, I thought I had retaine...d an attorney and could move my traffic date, but could not. Banks stepped in, got the information he needed, and explained that as a first-time offender I would possibly be eligible for Prayer for Judgment. He did even better, and was able to get the charge reduced to Improper Equipment, which is a nonmoving violation. No driving or insurance points! Given the short timeline and amazing results, Banks exceeded my expectations. I will recommend him to anyone I know in need of traffic or other legal counsel.
