My practice focusses on criminal defense, DWI/DUI, and traffic violations. I am a native of Charlotte, N.C. and a graduate of Myers Park High School. After graduating from Campbell University School of Law, I took a job as a North Carolina Assistant District Attorney for Prosecutorial District 20-A. As both a former prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, I have handled everything from a speeding ticket to a first degree murder case. Huntley did a great job!! he was able to get my ticket reduce to an I.E. there was no increase in my insurance and no points to my license. i am very satisfied.

Traffic ticket
Excellent, professional, proceeds in a timely and effective fashion. I am very grateful to Mr. Huntley for taking care of my traffic ticket matter in Anson county so that I did no have to go to court (Anson is an hour away each way), nor did I have to deal with the matter. Speeding Ticket
When I got my speeding ticket on July 4th, 2015 I thought I was part of a numbers game with the state troopers. Fast response and easy to work with
Mr. Huntley took care of the matter ahead of the designated court date, was reasonably priced, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him! I used him for a speeding ticket and was very pleased with the result.
