I consulted with and hired Arcangela Mazzariello. Arcangela (“Arc”) was exactly the type of legal counsel and representation that I needed and wanted. She articulated the constraints of a legal challenge in North Carolina and the EEOC requirements that go with it. She did an excellent job of expec...tation-setting and in helping me understand why certain aspects of the construction and management of my case were a priority. Legalese can be really intimidating for someone that didn’t go to law school; and she did an outstanding job of breaking things down in a way that I could digest them. Most importantly – she’s honest. She gives you the good, the bad, and the ugly – so that you can make informed choices. Not everyone likes real honesty. Everyone says they do – but so many people will tell you what they think you want to hear. Arc didn’t do that to me. She valued my time and my energy by not wasting it on fluff or wild goose chases – and that means a LOT to me. The best kinds of experiences inspire brand / personal loyalty – and I can’t imagine ever taking my legal needs anywhere else at this point. I highly recommend her services.

I had a consultation with Ms. Mazzairello over a slander and wrongful termination from a vending community . She very quickly and efficiently garnered the necessary information from me and clearly explained why I did not have a case to proceed with . Some time later I did need an attorney to help me... in collecting monies owed from a client ,so being so impressed with our previous meeting I returned. The matter was settled with a phone call and the money in arrears was promptly received . I was then able to refer her to a friend for their situation where I had the opportunity to sit in on their mediation session . Again- Ms.Mazzairello is very quick to size up the facts and submit a defensive case before a panel or judge . While I hope to not need an attorney at any point - If I ever do Ms. Mazzairello will be my go to .
