Compassionate excellent attention to detail

I will definitely reach out to Patra Sinner if I ever need legal services again. She was very compassionate and listened carefully to all of my concerns. She covered everything I requested and then went beyond my requests and covered details I had not thought of addressing. She is exactly the Attorne...y I wanted and needed.

Strong, Fierce and Fights for you

I consulted with Patra Sinner several months before I ended up hiring her. I tried figuring the system out on my own and for my situation it just was not working. For over a year she stuck by my side and advised me and fought for my divorce and domestic violence protection in multiple states. She ...and her team were always quick to action when a call or email was placed to them and they always responded professionally, patiently, and knowledgeable to any question ask. Never did I feel like I asked a stupid question or was fighting for something silly in the big picture. When she did not feel strong enough in court or which way to proceed she would consult with other lawyers to figure out what would be best in my case. The team continued to check in throughout the whole process to check on me as a person and if I was understanding the process. The team listen closely to what I want from the situation and put in experience for things I had not considered for agreements. I have a great deal of respect for Patra Sinner and her team that fight endlessly to get closure to my divorce.

Took control of my life again with the help of Patra Sinner

I have been in a 5+ year battle with my ex husband. I had another attorney for the first few years and accomplished very little. Two years ago, and on short notice, I found Patra Sinner. We had a week to prepare for a child support case. Not only did Patra understand the situation from the get-go but... she took charge and we ended up winning... Not only did I get back the money I was owed but the judge also ordered my ex to pay attorney fees. Patra was finally able to expose the lies and character of my ex to a judge who had given him more than enough chances. Afterwards, I decided to hire Patra to handle my custody issues too. Patra redid my custody order and child support. For the first time in the 9 years, my ex now consistently pays his child support. And for the first time in 12 years, I have some control over my own life again. Because Patra took the time to address our past issues, we were able to come up with a new custody order that is very, very detailed and it finally allows me to be able to do what is best for my son by giving him structure and stability to make sure his needs are met. Whenever a situation arises, I barely have to explain my frustration because Patra just gets it. My ex doesn't try to fight with me like he used to and I truly believe it's because I now have the right attorney on my side. While I don't think my fight will ever completely find resolution, I know that as long as I have Patra on my team, my battle will be a lot easier and I will worry a lot less. I am so thankful for Patra. Having the right attorney makes all of the difference when fighting a legal battle, especially when it pertains to your children.

Highly Recommended

I recently found myself in a situation that warranted legal representation in a child custody case. For the past 18 months Ms. Sinner has represented me with a child custody issue and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Ms. Sinner is the best attorney in Charlotte. As Ms. Sinner’s client, I f...elt my case was always a top priority. I consistently felt she genuinely cared about the best interest of myself and my child. She is fair and diligent in negotiations. Her legal style was very compelling and effective in depositions and court. Throughout the process, Ms. Sinner kept me very informed and made sure I was aware of the process and all the steps. She consistently set reasonable expectations and the results were highly exceeded. Her knowledge, professionalism, and guidance proved to be an asset in every situation.  Ultimately, I got the best possible outcome imaginable. I wouldn’t have received the same outcome without Ms. Sinner. From start to finish, I could not have been more impressed. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

Results matter

Patra came highly recommended from multiple attorneys and a former judge in the area and she did not disappoint. Highly organized and detailed, she is on top of her legal game. She is smart, sharp, tough and thorough and took the time and effort to understand my overall situation, my long term goals... and the facts of my case. Patra was expertly able to navigate the noise of 4 different opposing attorneys (with stories that changed from week to week) and maintain a strategic vision and plan which she executed flawlessly. Though the facts were on our side, my sense is that most lawyers would have crumbled and justified a settlement that didn't appropriately align with the details of the case; Patra stood her ground and did what was right for me. You have to remember that once your case is over, the lawyers walk away and you live with the details of the agreement you sign. As such, it is EXTREMELY important to have someone in your corner who is not only a stickler for detail but an attorney with experience in understanding the ones that matter and the ones that don't. She is level-headed, expertly knowledgable of the law, and equally able to collaborate with a velvet touch as she is able to drop the hammer. A single dad, I walked away with full legal custody and financial terms that appropriately represent my situation. I give her my highest recommendation.
