I hired Ms. Natalie Andruczyk to help me finalize my divorce and recover my car, which was marital property. During the initial consultation, she assured me that she could help and accepted $6,000 to represent me. However, after receiving payment, her approach changed drastically. She began sugges...ting that my case was "frivolous" and advised me to give my car back to my husband — the opposite of what I had hired her to do. During mediation, she failed to properly advocate for me and falsely claimed I lacked evidence of my husband’s physical abuse, despite having attended his criminal hearing where he pled guilty to domestic violence against me. When Ms. Andruczyk informed me she planned to withdraw from my case, it left me devastated. I had no financial resources left to hire another attorney, and I was already emotionally, physically, and spiritually depleted from the abuse I had endured. Knowing what I had suffered, her abandonment of my case felt like another act of harm against me. This experience has been deeply painful, and I would not recommend Ms. Andruczyk to others, especially survivors of domestic violence seeking compassionate and competent representation.
