If you are facing ANY criminal proceedings you MUST hire Chris Fialko. This guy is honest and smart. He is a fair man. 99% of attorneys are douche bag, money hungry, get over artists. Not this guy! He earned every penny and was worth more than he asked for. He's the type of dude to chasrge youa f...lat rate and even if he has to travel 4 or 5 times in the 2 to 3 years your case takes to fight he wont charge you more and inflate his travels. He doesnt even ask for money. Its all in one pricing with him. Not to mention he obsesses over every little detail in each motion he puts out. Thats the quality you need when dealing with a high stressful situation like facing prison time. He is a negotiator and will never claim to get you off scott free. Mr. Fialko is not your typical attorney. This man came to visit me in jail without me having even paying him yet.
