Victor C. Mitchener graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1976 where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity and the U.N.C. Sport Parachute Team. He is a 1979 graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1979. Since that time his practice has been focused on personal injury, wrongful death, and workers' compensation cases.
