Tiasha Wray

I hired Ms. Wray in April 2016 for a Landlord/Tenant case that has been going back and forth since 2014. I had previous attorney that I dismissed who allowed the case to keep dragging on and on. Ms. Wray kept me informed along the way. She agreed to take the case and go to trial within 3 weeks of h...er being my attorney. I can not say how much she ROCKED in the court room. I was trembling when I initially went in, as the case progressed I was even more confident in my case. She cross examined like a boss. The opposing counsels attorney had been practicing for over 40 years, and was actually a law professor at one time in his career. Ms. Wray was not timid, paid attention to all details. and won our case. I only wish I would have hired her sooner I would have saved the money

I feel compelled to rewrite another review since my last one did not post. Let me start off by saying, that we all know that hiring an attorney is one of the most difficult decisions that anyone has to make regarding any case. I spent months going to numerous consultations, calling, spending mone...y and meeting with various attorneys throughout Charlotte. I knew that my ex had a "well respected/heavy hitting attorney", and that can always be intimidating. Now this next statement is for any attorneys who may be stalking Ms. Wray's reviews :) Ms. Wray was able to win me over with her undeniable confidence. I consulted with at least 9 attorneys with years of experience under their belt, and there were only 2 attorneys that were not impressed with the opposing attorney. Those 2 attorneys consisted of Ms. Wray and only one other attorney with years of experience. I prayed long and hard about my decision, and something told me to take the risk and go with Ms. Wray. I decided to go with Ms. Wray because she was ready to go all in for me, and she gave me that personal touch. She personally handled the entire case. She is the total package, and is not afraid of hard work. With Ms. Wray, you don't have to worry about the attorney deflecting you to the paralegal or office secretary. I must say that the case that I gave her regarding custody is no cake walk, but she refused to settle.... and that gave me hope that everything was going to work out. We walked into court. She sized up the competition, came out guns blazing, and advocated hard for me and my son.... even knowing the odds might be stacked against me. She did tell me from the beginning that it intimidates potential clients when they see her years of experience, but I must say that there is a lot to be said about someone who believes in themselves and their "BRAND". I am more than impressed... I am also proud of her and can already see her potential. I am more than happy with the outcome, Considering the circumstances..... In my opinion, I would say that we won and she beat the "experienced/heavy hitting" opposing party, and their is still more to come. Our case is far from over, but I am thankful and blessed to have Ms. Wray in my corner. I DEFINITELY made the right decision.

I've engaged Ms. Wray more than once regarding the opening of my small business. Her approach is productive and strategic. She is direct, informed and has a vast wealth of knowledge. Her counsel has been infallible when assessing options and the best route to achieve the desired outcome. I appreciate... her and her hard work involving our legal matters. Locating and selecting the right attorney for our matter was a daunting task. We knew the quality of representation we received would have lasting effects on the well being of our family. Ms. Wray was exemplary in representing us on the day of our trail. She knew our case inside and out and was meticulous when answering questions from the judge and the district attorney. Ms. Wray fought for us every step of the way and was able to adapt her defense as she had planned with us. Through her knowledge and experience in the courtroom, it was no surprise that we were successful in obtaining a favorable ruling. After finally taking a welcome sigh of relief, new questions came to mind surrounding our case. Even after fulfilling her legal obligation to us, Ms. Wray continued to demonstrate her commitment to service. She answered all of our new questions and made a wholehearted effort to ensure we were taken care of. We are so thankful for Ms. Wray and can't recommend her enough. She is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and direct. She is a strong litigator and a compassionate person. She is an excellent communicator inside and outside of the court room. I am still amazed by how fast she responds to our emails. If you value these things in an attorney, than look no further than Ms. Tiasha Wray.

I seldom do reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case because of the excellent experience I had with Tiasha Wray. Tiasha gave me a fair assessment of my case; good and bad, and was extremely cost conscious. She made sure I understood what my chances were and the kind of money it might take if... my case went to trial. Effective communication is a two-way street and she was always quick to respond to my many e-mails and phone calls. In the end, she came up with a great solution to my case, one that saved me a significant amount in legal expenses. But that's the kind of attorney she is. This is the reason I have already recommended her to others, and felt compelled to do this review. I don't think you can find better representation.
