Ms. Hawkins was recommended to me by Atty. Jim Stancil, whom my family has used and highly respected for years with real estate issues. I consulted Ms. Hawkins on a family law issue, and also to have my Health Care Power of Attorney changed. I had a very difficult time getting her on the phone to sc...hedule an initial appointment. After leaving several messages, and not getting a call back, I waited 2 months and tried calling again, and was finally able to speak with her and set up an appointment. She was very friendly, and seemed highly knowledgeable, on this matter. She answered my questions and promised to revise my Health Care POA, and call me within a few days, to come in and sign. It has now been 3 weeks and I have called and spoken to the secretary asking about the new document, but have never heard back from her, or her office. I finally made other arrangements elsewhere, yesterday. She seemed lovely and capable, but is almost impossible to get hold of, and did not do what she promised to do for me! I thought her prices were very reasonable, however that really doesn't matter if you cannot reach her, or expect her to complete the job that she agreed to do.
