Tiasha Wray

A week before April 26, 2019. I contacted Wray Office in need of some guidance on getting my deposit back from a renting company in Gastonia. I put down a deposit of $2000. And due to the harassment from that company it was best for me to vacate prior to my 1 year agreement. Spoke to Attorney Wray. S...he mentioned that it best for me to get out of paying $10,000 contract because this is a rent to buy mobile home. With that, she need $1000 from me to handle the case. I vacated that property on April 26th. I have asked the management company numerous times via email on where is my deposit. And have tried to contact Atty Wray via calls and emails on my case. At one point, she left me a message saying that she have a family emergency, been out of the office for 3 weeks and would like to spoke to me on the best way to handle this case. I was working at the salon. So theres no way I can speak to her. So I sent email on whats the updates. I can't talk on the phone and I would prefer emails. That way I can have everything in writing. Never once did she or her staffs responded to any of my emails. I called beginning of June. And a staff mentioned that Attny Wray just now catching up with all her cases and she will track down my case. To this day. I have not hear or receive any emails re: my case. At this point, Im tired of sending emails. or called that office. I feel that they were very unprofessional. And will write an many reviews as I can because Im out $1000 but have no results or communication from this attorney.

First, let me start by saying that “Anonymous” feedback from August 9, 2016 must be completely BOUGUS! That guy clearly had to have been a real jerk. Ms. Wray is simply awesome. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Wray in action just this week and I can honestly say that she’s a heavyweight in the ...courtroom! She listens and pays attention to detail thoroughly (in court and during the one on one consultation). Her overall skill set is unparallel and she’s super easy to work with!! My brother hired her for his child custody case, and trust me when I say this case was NOT an easy case by far. He was up against a woman who was not afraid to manipulate evidence, twist statements, and play the “emotional crying” game. But, Ms. Wray came out of the gate swinging! I was amazed how she could recite laws and rules off the top of her head while the other prosecutor was flipping through notes and forms (time is ALWAYS of the essence in the courtroom). She even caught the plaintiff in a lie! She was determined for the truth to come out and FINALLY…. IT DID!!!!!!! I thank God for Ms. Wray! She’s a life-changer. If it had not been for her aggressive (yet compassionate) style of interrogation, I can honestly say that my brother’s chances of seeing his daughter would have been slim to none. In short, my brother walked out of that courtroom victorious and saw his daughter within a matter of hours! The look on his face while holding her is worth every dime spent! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I would have to start out by saying my case may not have been a very difficult case in my eyes, but Tiasha made we realize that in fact it was a difficult case. Once she finished explaining to us what we would have to prove in order for things to go our way, I wasn't so sure we would win. Starting fr...om when I asked her for her card outside of the child support courtroom. She was very attentive and very willing to help me in any way she could. I called her and set up an appointment and I knew right then that she was the right one for the job. She is very affordable and she is very sincere when she responds to you. There should be more Lawyers that are affordable and willing to fight for a 25 yr old father that wants to spend more time with his kids and be equally involved in their education. She said it would be tough but for some reason I knew she would get what we wanted and this would all be over in a little while. It took about 8 months to get to the finish line but it was well worth the wait. I knew that some things would change in the custody case but not everything. She got us everything we asked for and then some. As soon as she steps up in front of the judge she puts on her boxing gloves and she's ready to fight. She is so relaxed in a courtroom setting and I promise she want let you down. Ms. Tiasha Wray is the attorney that you want fighting for you in all family matters and she will definitely do her best to get you what you want. I would definitely recommend her to anybody that will listen. You Rock Tiasha!!!!!!!!!!

I hired Ms. Wray in April 2016 for a Landlord/Tenant case that has been going back and forth since 2014. I had previous attorney that I dismissed who allowed the case to keep dragging on and on. Ms. Wray kept me informed along the way. She agreed to take the case and go to trial within 3 weeks of h...er being my attorney. I can not say how much she ROCKED in the court room. The opposing counsels attorney had been practicing for over 40 years, and was actually a law professor at one time in his career. She thoroughly answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and demonstrated she was well prepared to defend us in court. Ms. Wray was exemplary in representing us on the day of our trail. She knew our case inside and out and was meticulous when answering questions from the judge and the district attorney. Ms. Wray fought for us every step of the way and was able to adapt her defense as she had planned with us. Through her knowledge and experience in the courtroom, it was no surprise that we were successful in obtaining a favorable ruling. After finally taking a welcome sigh of relief, new questions came to mind surrounding our case. Even after fulfilling her legal obligation to us, Ms. Wray continued to demonstrate her commitment to service. She answered all of our new questions and made a wholehearted effort to ensure we were taken care of. We are so thankful for Ms. Wray and can't recommend her enough. She is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and direct. She is a strong litigator and a compassionate person. She is an excellent communicator inside and outside of the court room.
