Great Attorney!!

Our granddaughter has lived with us since she was born and when my son and his wife separated, my daughter in law was going to leave state with her and move to Virginia. Maggie helped us obtain full custody of her.

Relationship: Co-worker

"Maggie is a force when it comes to the courtroom, especially with family law, personal injury, workers compensation, and disability. Unlike most attorneys, she doesn't just put you through a "factory" of legal assistants and workers to get a quick settlement, but will guide you through the process to maximize benefits, as well as work toward getting you exactly what you want and desire from your matter."

General practice lawyer | Feb 19

Relationship: Co-worker

"Maggie is one of the most talented attorneys in our region. Known throughout Western North Carolina as a fierce litigator, she also has the ability to relate to her clients. She strikes fear in her opponents in the courtroom, and her clients rest a little easier at night knowing she is on their case. I fully endorse Maggie to aid in your legal needs, and know that she will not rest until your matter is fully resolved."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
