David Teddy is the most amazing lawyer I have ever met. I was charged with a crime I did not commit and it seemed like nobody would believe me. David took my case and as I watched him work the DA in the courtroom, he totally amazed me at how much control and fire he had. My case was completely dismis...sed and I credit him for saving my life.

Best in North Carolina

My name is Mark. I retained the Legal Services of David Teddy in October of 2014. I had just been jailed on a Probation Violation and facing a new charge for the same offense. If convicted, I was going to be sentenced as a Level 6 Felon in Cleveland County Superior Court. I didn't think that the...re was much that could have been done to keep me from serving a lengthy Prison Sentence. At this point I was also facing Habitual Felon status. Mr. Teddy was highly recommended, with "Just Cause" I might add. In the Courtroom he mounted an Awesome Defense! With his legal wrangling, negotiations, and overall Courtroom Presence, he was able to secure me a Misdemeanor plea. Out of a possible 42 months, I was given a 120 day sentence that was suspended to 90 days and I was given credit for time already served. That being said, I am now serving a 65 day sentence, on weekends, which allows me the ability to pursue my Associates Degree in Electrical Systems Technology at Cleveland Community College. My Life today would be very much different if it were not for Mr. Teddy and his team. Paralegal Ramona Toney along with Legal Assistant Lorie Absher assisted with my case, offered their Prayers, and always had words of encouragement , Great Job Guys! I always knew who had My Back. It is my opinion that David Teddy is the Best Attorney in North Carolina!!

Great lawyer

David Teddy is by far the best lawyer around. I had some things on me that could have ruined my future and he worked a miracle to get it all dismissed.

Like a beacon in the storm

Fearful of a conviction for something I didn't do. He walked me through and helped me not panic during the scariest time of my life. I trusted him because he came highly recommended and they were right. So grateful I chose him. Chose David Teddy. You'll be glad you did. Kind, listens, doesn't rush yo...u or make you feel like a number. He wasn't a lawyer he was my champion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart sir.

I cannot recommend him highly enough

I originally hired Mr. Teddy on the strength of my impression of him as a human being (he came right to me after I had been arrested, got me released almost immediately, took me to get something to eat, and let me stay at his office while I waited for a ride, in addition to making moves to try to est...ablish a possible defense) - the man has a very positive aura, that you later find is shared by his assistant, Lorie. I did this in spite of my resistance to how much it cost to retain him, as I am by nature a very cheap man; however I felt it was the right play, as I like(d) him as a person, and could tell he was an extraordinarily competent and motivated attorney. I have not regretted that decision since. The man is exceptionally busy, so don't expect to be able to talk his ear off at your convenience, but he will get back to you in good time if you contact him, and Lorie is also there as his right hand to make sure you're taken care of (I had something come up with an assessment that I didn't foresee, and she handled for me while Mr. Teddy was at court in the space of less than 10 minutes). While one might think a lawyer might stop putting forth his best effort once he's been paid, preferring instead to finish the case and free up more time for more paying clients, Mr. Teddy took my case for over a year after being paid in full - constantly putting my welfare as the determining factor in his decision making. He exhausted every option, eventually taking my case to trial, where he was truly astounding. I honestly cannot adequately express how impressed I was at his ability. My case was dismissed, all but wholly due to Mr. Teddy's diligence and prowess. I am truly grateful to the man, and cannot recommend him highly enough. I realize this is almost over-the-top in its praise, but I assure you I am a real client that did not know Mr. Teddy prior to this encounter, and all of my words are heartfelt and genuine. He's the best, pure and simple.
