Having never been in any sort of trouble in my life, I found myself suffering severe anxiety and devastation over a DWI. Andy is so compassionate, very professional, and highly effective. What began with high expectations based on referral by another attorney resulted in disappointment in virtually all areas of our relationship ... from communication to professional judgment in the appeal process. Admittedly, our case was extremely complicated but we believe we lost our appeal due in... large part to the failures of Mr. Banzhoff to properly identify errors that had occurred. Though based on his other reviews I wonder if perhaps our experience was an exception, I am unfortunately unable to recommend him to others in need of appellate services.

Andy killed it. Met with him regarding a business matter that may have led to what would be criminal conduct if I did not have a consultation with Mr. Banzhoff. I was saved not only the trouble of entering what was a questionable practice, but spared the possibility of many more legal bills in the f...uture, had it been deemed illegal. Whilst I'm sure he would a fine job defending me, putting my file away before and criminal possibility was the best option. As others have said - very forthcoming guy, and will not mince words. Exactly what you want out of someone you can pay for advice. There are 2 people in your life that are not "friends" that should always have your back. Your doctor and your attorney. Mr. Banzhoff is, I strongly believe, someone you can trust to have your back when the rubber meets the road.

In retrospect I'm under the impression that hiring an attorney for my DWI case was a waste of money. I received the same judgement as I would have received simply pleading guilty to a first-time offense. I don't blame Mr. Banzhoff. It simply seemed like I would be far ahead financially and still deal...ing with the same result.
