Ms. Hammond was amazing! The just of it: I have had custody of my son for awhile now and his mother who lives out of state and has been a part time, unsupportive mother tried to get custody of him. This happened right after I had taken child support papers out on her after almost 4 years of no suppor...t. Odd timing huh? My ex said and did whatever she could during the court case even if it was a lie. Ms. Hammond saw through it, caught her in her lies and made her look ridiculous on many occasions while at the same time being honest and upstanding. We won my case and custody remained with me with clear defined visitation for my sons mother. Pretty close to the same as before. She is not a stereotypical attorney that most people think of. By that I mean one that would lie or demean others just to win, or an attorney that just cares about the money. I truly believe she cares about her clients and does whatever she can for them without compromising her Christian values. She prayed with me, helped put me at ease and never left me wondering what was going on while waiting before or during my trial. She worked EXTREMELY hard for my family and I and it was very much appreciated. It was evident that she did her research on my case and came prepared. She missed nothing and even thought of things about my case that I didn't. I could not ask for anything more from an attorney and I would recommend her to any and everyone. Ms. Hammond and the ENTIRE Davis Law Firm are awesome. My other children hung out at her office while my case was going on and they were great to them as well. Great staff! Jennifer Hammond recently represented me in a custody case and I must say that she worked as hard for me as she could have. She was very well prepared and had me just as prepared with everything I needed to be. Her firm's motto was something to the effect that they would not be outworked (can't rem...ember the exact wording) and she was correct. Her staff was also very attentive and helpful. Be prepared as a client to do your homework as well because if your lawyer doesn't have all the information, they can't prepare with it.
