James A. Davis

James Davis represented my future son-in-law in a custody battle for his daughter. Mr. Davis took the time to meet with everyone that had any regular contact with the child and built his case using what he found during those interviews as well as other evidence provided by my son-in-law and daughter... at his request. His knowledge of the law is astounding and his ability to recite specific laws is utterly amazing. Mr. Davis met with the group of his witnesses prior to the beginning of court proceedings each day. He would explain what testimony he planned to present and in what order witnesses could expect to be called. He also shared other bits of information about normal courtroom procedures to help put everyone at ease. During breaks in proceedings, Mr. Davis would meet with all involved and ask for input such as: is there anything I'm missing, what did you observe and hear that's important, is there anything you think I need to do differently or can expound on, etc. After court recessed for the day we would all meet with him again to debrief. That extra time, attention, and effort combined with his complete grasp and application of the law resulted in a positive result for my son-in-law who was awarded full custody of his daughter. Mr. Davis, along with his very competent staff members, were phenomenal to work with every step of the way. I can't express how thankful we are to them all for going the extra mile and the positive impact it has already had and will continue to have throughout the lifetime of my granddaughter.

I have retained James A Davis on two occasions. He is a very intelligent, and professional individual. This man knows the Law. He has prayer before and after thanking God for all that is going to happen. It will be his will. I really like this about him. He treated me and my wife respect and was ...greatly concerned about us. I don't think there is a better lawyer any where. I have a lawyer now. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

I knew before I went into Davis Law Firm that I was going to get the best. Mr. Davis's reputation is well known for a class A representation. I never felt that any questions or problems I had along the way was too much. I also enjoyed the confidence that was shown from day 1. Made me feel confiden...t as well. This was important to make the process very smooth outside normal feelings twords my issue. The paralegals were very knowledgeable and dependable as well. I was able to communicate with anyone of the paralegals by e-mail and by phone, I hope that the rest of my life goes without any issues but I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Davis and the firm if I do have any problems. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!! Although this is shorter than I wanted, words can't express the gratitude that I have for each and everyone that was involved in my case.
