James Davis and his team made me feel like my case was the most important case they had. My case was non typical and time sensitive and the sense of urgency displayed by Mr. Davis and his team was amazing. He has assembled an excellent team that truly cares about their clients. Mr. Davis and his staff worked on my son's case for a year and a half prior to going to trial. They met with us on almost a monthly basis going over our case; he read and we discussed our case in depth, making for certain every I was dotted and every t was crossed. Mr. Davis and his staff including... his paralegals (Candace and Stacey) were always very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and informative. This firm makes you feel like you are a part of their family! They take the TIME to make sure that not only you; but also your witnesses are comfortable with what is happening. When it came time for our actual trial they took the time to bring us into the office a week before to go over EXACTLY the way the trial would go. They discussed EVERY detail of trial step by step; including what to wear and where to sit. The night before trial they brought in all of our witnesses, they made sure they were all comfortable with the way trial would work, and answered any questions they may have had. They took the time to make sure they knew their roles in the trial. Once the trial started, they met with us and our witnesses again before going to the courthouse making sure once again their were no questions or concerns. They met with us during lunch recess just to "check in" making sure we understood what was going on and to gain input from us. Once again, he and his paralegal met with us when court adjourned for the day, again to make sure we had no questions or concerns. They wanted us to be involved! During trial, Mr. Davis was BRILLIANT!! With what seemed like little effort he discredited all of the prosecutions witnesses...including their "expert" witnesses! Once he did this he was able to get our trial DISMISSED; without putting up ANY evidence himself!!! It was UNBELIEVEABLE!! Not only did he not put up any evidence, he showed the judge with former legal precedence how our case compared to another case that was appealed due to LACK OF EVIDENCE! The judge himself stated, "In my 10 years as a superior court judge, presiding over 300+ cases, I want you all to know this is only the 2ND case I have EVER dismissed!" I'm just STILL IN SHOCK!! Mr. Davis and his firm are AMAZING and I will recommend this firm to ANYONE I come across that needs legal assistance!!! Mr. Davis represented me in my custody trial. He always was on top of my case, kept me informed, his law firm and it's staff give have a great sense of pride in each case they serve and their personal touch is second to none. I knew before I went into Davis Law Firm that I was going to get the best. Mr. Davis's reputation is well known for a class A representation. I never felt that any questions or problems I had along the way was too much. I also enjoyed the confidence that was shown from day 1. Made me feel confiden...t as well. This was important to make the process very smooth outside normal feelings twords my issue. The paralegals were very knowledgeable and dependable as well. I was able to communicate with anyone of the paralegals by e-mail and by phone, I hope that the rest of my life goes without any issues but I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Davis and the firm if I do have any problems.
