As soon as I walked through the door, I knew everyone there was very professional, knowledgeable, Compassionate. I was very nervous, but... after talking to Mr. Davis for only a couple of minutes I was at ease with my Situation. Mr. Davis speaks to you with Honesty, Respect, and Compassion. On our Court day, it was Astounding watching Mr. Davis in the Court room. The Experience, Dedication, and His Knowledge of Law is Vast... We Won our Case, since then I have hired Mr. Davis for three separate matters related to Child Custody. Each time was handled Very professionally, and with a Favorable outcome... James Davis is a great man of God and is not ashamed to let you know it. I originally retained James Davis for child custody and to fight a false protective order that my spouse had taken out on me. I was told that due to the urgency of my situation, that I needed a top of the line emergenc...y custody order and a top of the line protective order defense. James Davis had court all day the following day after my consultation but due to the circumstances of my situation, I needed him and his staff to essentially drop everything and fight for me, and fight they did! I have never in my life seen such professionalism and hard work put into anything like this firm did for me. When Stacy (James' paralegal) went to file my paperwork, my spouses attorney had just filed her paperwork and instead of just the two things that I hired James Davis for, my spouse had filed NINE actions against me. Obviously, it was time to meet with James again and discuss how we were going to move forward with there now being nine separate filings against me. James took the time to discuss each and every claim and how they would play out in court. Now I had to make the decision to retain James for these other claims or just stick to what I had already retained him for. I chose to retain James for each and every one of the claims and he and his staff immediately went to work drafting up our counter claim and filings. We walked into court on the first day with only supervised visitation of my three children being sought after from my spouse and I walked out that afternoon with 50/50 custody down the middle. James was simply amazing. He prayed for me before we entered into court and then again during a recess when he could tell that I had anxiety over the proceedings. The way I seen that first day is that I walked in with nothing and walked out with everything that I could have asked for. Our second day in court was for one of the other claims against me and James and Stacy drew up a preliminary injunction for me like no other that they had ever seen or heard of. It was so good that even other attorneys in court that day wanted to read it and were very impressed because even they had never seen one like it. That day in court went completely in my favor due to the hard work and persistence of James and his amazing staff. My case is far from over but as of right now my spouse has thrown in the towel on eight of her nine claims against me based partially on how James Davis has represented me in court. She has told me in her own words that she knows she has already lost. I thank God for James Davis and his most amazing staff. Stacy has been so incredible to work with and I have bugged her so very much that I just knew that she would want to sink under her desk when they tell her that I was calling but that has never been the case. She has always been there for me and answered every question I could throw at her. I would recommend James Davis to anyone and everyone no matter what the situation is. James will be upfront, honest, and respectful with you from the very start. By far the best attorney I have ever seen!

Mr. Davis helped me through a custody battle which included child support and post separation payments. It is an understatement that he more than met my expectation. Going into this fight against my soon to be ex husband; I was very nervous, knowing that it was going to be a hard fight. James was co...mpletely reassuring through the entire process.
