I have used Mr. Callahan twice within the past 4 years for a legal issue with my landlord and to win custody of my son. The first issue was handled within the office and being that it was a suit for a reimbursement for my property, it was closed within 2 months and in my favor. The second incident I ...came to him for was in reference to my son who had been taken by his father and held from me. On a Thursday I came to the office- Friday I was met by a police officer with an order to regain possession of my son and legally keep his father away until our next court date. Since I was wanting to move out of state the process was difficult and even in my emotional times Chris and his office were completely understanding and hardworking in this case. Custody was granted in my favor and I was allowed to move out of state with my son. I was frustrated many times during this battle but was always reassured. I was very pleased by his knowledge of the law and our options. I would recommend him time and again.
