I meet with clients to develop custom estate plans that address individualized needs. No plan is one-sized fits all, and I believe only through consultation and communication can we develop a plan that is best for you.

  3. Elder law

I advise clients on Medicare and Medicaid matters including qualification strategies and application filings and appeals. Oftentimes families don't think of or are not aware of the complicated qualification requirements and as well as being valuable in its own right, this advice can be a critical supplement to our estate planning services.

Trust, will, special needs trust research
Alan listened very carefully to our needs and situation. He spent a good deal of time making sure our Special Needs Trust would be set up in a way to protect our children's needs. In the end, we decided to use only a revocable trust, but it was set up in a way to be able to set up a Special Needs Trust for our son in the end. It all was quite complicated (to us) but he was patient, responsive, and thorough. We are very pleased with our final products and would recommend Alan for estate planning.
