William K. Goldfarb

I have known William for twenty years. He handled my husband's workers' comp case years ago - and may I say he did a fabulous job. So when my brother died due to medical negligence, I knew there was only one attorney I wanted. He's a bulldog - he will fight for you. When we met to discuss the cas...e he and his paralegal listened intently. Through my tears and emotions, they understood. There were some obstacles in the case and William pointed them out. Good, bad and the ugly, we discussed it all. Every time I asked for an update, I got one. The office staff was very kind and responsive. If I needed to talk to William himself, he called me. The zoom meeting with the experts, he handled himself with complete professionalism. Even asking questions that I had brought up (looking back at the zoom video, which he provided me, some were dumb questions LOL - but he still asked so he could provide me an answer.) When negotiations started, he called me. We discussed everything. He gave me his opinion - and we discussed many outcome scenarios. I told him to do what he thought was best. I trust William. He settled the case over their "top" offer. He called to tell me and I cried. Like I said, he's a bulldog. He helped me get justice for my brother - even with the obstacles in the case when it started. My heart is now at peace - thanks to William and his team.
