Biography
I am a native of North Carolina, but have traveled extensively and lived up North (upstate New York) for approximately 5 years. I returned to NC in 2007 and believe that my age and experience with a wide variety of people allows me assist my clients effectively in both the criminal and civil justice systems.
In criminal court, I have helped my clients to occassionally avoid prosecution. If prosecution is unavoidable, I work hard to negotiate the best possilbe plea bargain. In civil court, I pride myself on being a solutions oriented attorney. I seek results that will be the most beneficial to my clients long term, with the least amount of pain now.
