C. Alexander Woodyard

I enjoyed working with Alexander on my case, I am very pleased with the result of the case and the tremendous effort he put in. Alexander not only took the time to get to know me, but he also wanted to connect with my family. Whenever we interacted, he would always ask how my family is doing, I truly... appreciated the caring attitude he displayed. He often gave encouraging talks regarding my academic journey to medical school. I found myself to be often confused by all the legal jargon- Alexander took a lot of time in explaining the information to me in layman's terms. Throughout the case, Alexander did a tremendous job of keeping up with communication, I would always get an email update from him regarding the status of my case, and if I had any additional questions- regardless of the time during the day, I can always call or email him and I would get a reply. Feeling at ease, to ask questions in my opinion, is important when speaking to a lawyer. When you're dealing with legal issues that will affect the quality of your life long term, you need time to think. In some instances, I did not feel 100% comfortable speaking to Alexander. Unfortunately, at some appointments, I felt rushed, in one rare case, the way he had spoken to me was a bit "snippy". I am a morning person, with my work/school schedule I preferred to meet with Alexander during the earlier part of the mornings. Sometimes I had to wait outside until he arrived at the office. Needless to say, he would always call and provide an explanation for the tardiness. I guess it annoyed me then because as a professional, being punctual is expected. Overall, I was truly grateful to Alexander for the way he handled my case, without his help I would never have been awarded the compensation I received. It took patience, tenacity, and determination to get the job done- all qualities Alexander undoubted displayed. Thank you.

Alex was very nice and friendly. He made effort to know our family well and he was very quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The only thing that stops me from giving him 5 stars was few things that we were not informed on prior to it happening. Overall Alex connected with our family and... did what he needed to do to solve our problem in a timely matter.
