Passionate, professional and honest

Amanda fought hard me and my little girl, and I will never forget that! Our case was very dirty, filled with lies and malicious litigation. I wish I had half the grace that she had to deal with this kind of behavior. Amanda knee all the little details and the truth to the whole case. I feel as if s...he felt it with me. In June 2019 a very strong lawfare storm came upon us, but Amanda stood and fought for us and our daddy/daughter relationship. She always kept me updated by even the minute, and she won us our time back! Amanda is really, really good lawyer and a great person with a passion for people and a loving, kind heart. And she’s even a little bit funny too! I would recommend and do recommend her to anyone who asks me.

Grandparent

I have dealt with attorneys for 45 years in my career. They were primarily business attorneys. When we needed an attorney to deal with an emergency intervention for one of our granddaughters I was referred by a close friend and commercial attorney to the Sodoma Law firm, more specifically Penny He...fner and Amanda Cubit. Amanda and her team, including her assistant Lindsey Lundy, were incredibly efficient, moved in all haste and was able to accomplish what was asked of them in this jurisdiction. There was no time to get it all done as it all came to a head on a Friday. They put it in high gear and did not stop until the desired result was accomplished, as best as it could be under the circumstances. If you meet with them and consult, you will not leave without engaging them. Family law is very stressful for all parties. By our putting our faith in Amanda, we were able to let go and know that whatever needed to be done would be. It was amazing to feel the relief once we put our matter in their hands. Classy, efficient, professional and compassionate in how things are handled. Grandparents have a tough time trying to protect their grandchildren when their own child has fallen off the rail. If that is happening to you, I suggest you make a call to Amanda and set up a consult.
