John Painter is absolutely the best Criminal Defense Attorney around. I hired Painter for a case for someone very close to me. They were charged with 20 class C Felonies. That would mean many years in prison and could have resulted in additional consequences. In the end, the 20 Class C Felonies were... dismissed and a plea of 4 Class 1 Misdemeanors was agreed on with unsupervised probation. I am overjoyed to say the least! I feel like Painter saved my loved one's life and in many ways he did. There are not enough words for the gratitude I have for this man. On day one, the day of the arrest, when we called him to come to the jail he was there within the hour. After we did the bond (which would have been higher if Painter would not have been there) we went directly to his office to talk about the case. That was on a Saturday morning. Painter has always been available to us. Day or night, weekday or weekends if we had questions or just wanted to talk to him. His office staff are a pleasure which also helped during this trying time. He certainly takes care of his clients and is compassionate about what he does. John Painter is a true professional and if you are ever in need of a criminal defense attorney, he is your man!

Consulted 3 lawyers total for my DWI case and was told by all but John Painter that I would have to plead guilty and there was nothing they could do... John never hinted that my case was not one we could win and instilled the confidence I was looking for. Yesterday afternoon my case that 2 other "hi...gh profile" lawyers said was not winnable was dismissed and all charges dropped. After reading all John reviews I have to be honest. I understand people don't know how the system works. I'll break it down for you. John is knowledgable and understands what it takes to get you off a Dui. My case took two years and endless hours but this only benefited me when it was time to get tri...ed. The officer couldn't remember specifics in my case and John ate him up. If you want a lawyer to get your dui case over with quickly John is not your man. John told me from the start this will be a long process if I'm going to win. He takes his time and does things strategically for a reason. You pay a lawyer to fight for you, John is a winner and I'll make sure I mention his name to anyone that ever needs counsel. FYI- John not only got my dui dismissed he represented someone I worked with and got BOTH of his dui's dismissed. Gods honest truth!

I hired Painter to rep. me in a speeding infaction case and he sent me a letter that he said he got me off the hook with no charges at all after I had prepaid his office but when I mailed off for my MVR it showed that I was charged with speeding so I call his office to ask why and he has the sec. to ...hang up on me.
