John H. Painter

John Painter is absolutely the best Criminal Defense Attorney around. I hired Painter for a case for someone very close to me. They were charged with 20 class C Felonies. That would mean many years in prison and could have resulted in additional consequences. In the end, the 20 Class C Felonies were... dismissed and a plea of 4 Class 1 Misdemeanors was agreed on with unsupervised probation. I am overjoyed to say the least! I feel like Painter saved my loved one's life and in many ways he did. There are not enough words for the gratitude I have for this man. On day one, the day of the arrest, when we called him to come to the jail he was there within the hour. After we did the bond (which would have been higher if Painter would not have been there) we went directly to his office to talk about the case. That was on a Saturday morning. Painter has always been available to us. Day or night, weekday or weekends if we had questions or just wanted to talk to him. His office staff are a pleasure which also helped during this trying time. He certainly takes care of his clients and is compassionate about what he does. I received an aiding and abetting at a checkpoint on our way home from a pre-season football game and later in the early morning a DUI when I went to check on my wife at the Union County Jail when the officers there wouldn't allow her a phone call . I hired him to represent me on a speeding ticket in anson county. some girl in his office, either Diana or Dana was supposed to call me back but she never did. She or he lost my ticket, never went to court for me, and my license was revoked. I called the anson county office back, but the number was... no longer in service. i called the DA's office in wadesboro and they said he couldnt make a go of it, and went back to monroe. what a sham!
