I hired Dave to handle my claim after I was injured on a property where I lived. He was always tentative to my case and his paralegal Jessica is amazing. We were not at all happy with Bland. He was rude and condescending. He failed to live up to repeated promises. Our end result was positive because we used another lawyer to put pressure on Mr. Bland. But we lost money to a doctor that Bland had recommended. He failed to accept accountability in the e...nd.
