I would not recommend working with Jennifer Hames. Throughout my experience, she was completely unresponsive, often going weeks without replying to messages or providing updates. Her lack of communication made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Not only was she unresponsiv...e, but she was also extremely careless and not thorough in her work. It was clear that she did not take the time to pay attention to details or ensure things were done correctly. I constantly had to follow up and double-check everything myself. Overall, it felt like she did not care whatsoever about providing quality service or assisting her clients. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, and actually invested in helping you, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We were being legally harassed by some individuals and were extremely frustrated with this system. Jennifer listened to us, we told her the backstory and she felt like she could help us. She did just that as well as returning our calls in a timely matter. She’s very direct. So be honest with he...r about everything up front and she will do her best to simplify the process. She has integrity and she’ll fight the good fight. She’s a bulldog so don’t make her mad! Let’s save that for the ring, er, I mean the courtroom!

Jennifer is an amazing attorney! She listens thoroughly, takes her time, understands your needs and shows empathy & compassion. Jennifer has represented me with child custody issues on more than one occasion. (Unfortunately, just because you think it's over, doesn't mean that it is.) Jennifer is a le...gal "bull dog" and she doesn't back down. Her level of knowledge, service and expertise provides comfort, knowing that I'll be taken care of. She always works hard to keep me informed of the legal process and helps me understand each step along the way. She truly is wonderful at her job and I am proud to have her by my side throughout legal matters.

She was my public defender and she didn't do anything she was suppose to do I tried calling her multiple times with no success she didn't even show up to court to defend when she was suppose the judge had to have his clerk call to even show up she never spoke on my behalf and when I complained to her... and about her she became hostile, rude and angry the officer in the court room had to come outside and tell her to stop yelling! Because she was yelling at me trying to blame me as to why she was not doing her job. Would never recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer if you want a lawyer who is going to defend you, do the job there suppose to do this is the lawyer you don't pick! She is a prime example of what you don't want in a lawyer!
