I would not recommend working with Jennifer Hames. Throughout my experience, she was completely unresponsive, often going weeks without replying to messages or providing updates. Her lack of communication made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Not only was she unresponsiv...e, but she was also extremely careless and not thorough in her work. It was clear that she did not take the time to pay attention to details or ensure things were done correctly. I constantly had to follow up and double-check everything myself. Overall, it felt like she did not care whatsoever about providing quality service or assisting her clients. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, and actually invested in helping you, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Do not hire this attorney if you have any high conflict or abuse issues. She is inept to the point of helping the other side. She will bill you for things she never did, then make lame excuses. Her cross examination skills are non-existent and she cozies up with the opposition. She will ignore you in... public and neglect her duties if your bill is not paid in full. She is the reason attorneys have a bad name. Do not hire her.

Lawyer never acknowledged or asked what outcome we wanted. Handled herself with hardly any communication. Allowed oposing party to file legal paperwork incorrectly and never fixed this for us. We got stuck with having to hire another attorney to fix what was incorrect. Also got stuck with the bill. H...ire another attorney! Reviews do Matter!

I received a traffic violation in another county and thanks to the excellent service I received I did not have to take any time from work to appear in court and she was able to get the violation reduced which my insurance company loved greatly. Definitely a class act and a very professional attorney....

She was my public defender and she didn't do anything she was suppose to do I tried calling her multiple times with no success she didn't even show up to court to defend when she was suppose the judge had to have his clerk call to even show up she never spoke on my behalf and when I complained to her... and about her she became hostile, rude and angry the officer in the court room had to come outside and tell her to stop yelling! Because she was yelling at me trying to blame me as to why she was not doing her job. Would never recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer if you want a lawyer who is going to defend you, do the job there suppose to do this is the lawyer you don't pick! She is a prime example of what you don't want in a lawyer!
