In 2015 i was diagnosed with cancer for the second time. I previously was diagnosed in 2013 and again on 2015. I have had previous health issues and surgeries but have ALWAYS returned to work after 6 weeks, but i couldn't with this one. After my double radical mastectomy and removal of 38 lymph nodes... i developed chronic lymphedema in my left arm and chest with extreme pain. I was told by 6 different doctors and OT therapists and palliative care doctors in would not ever be able do the job I have always done. I was a medical technology expert. I was always at my desk, on my computer, on my phone etc. I would type for hours for reports, orders, insurance filing etc. I can not sit, stand or lay for long periods of time. I can not type for long periods of time etc. I have worked since I was 15. I filed 3 separate times for disability and was denied. I searched for legal representation and found Rachel.
