I would like to say that my experience with attorney Ashley Elizabeth Lorance was surprisingly a very pleasant experience. I lived in Fort Mill South Carolina for many years and move to Gastonia a few years ago. I needed to find a lawyer that can help me with getting a will done along with a power of attorney and a couple of the documents. Something that was a little uncomfortable and I knew nothing about. I am a mother of three amazing children. I found Mrs. Ashley when it was the worst, the most painful and the most scariest time of my life. I looked up Gaston county lawyers and as soon as I saw her name I knew she will be the one who will save me out of my bad situation and I will be able to go back home with my babies. As she had promised I have sole custody and can make every physical and legal decision of my baby and it was less than two months. I can not thank Mrs. Ashley enough. As a mother your children mean the world and she gave me my wold back. If she doesn't know an answer of something, she will make sure to find out the answer. I am sorry to hear some bad comments or bad experiences with her but she is excellent in my case. She is definitely very well prepared, professional and most importantly she will fight for what you want. I gave her all my savings as well and if I needed to I would have gave her my last shirt to help me because I knew she is the lawyer for me. This is the way life is, this is her work and her way of feeding her family so there was definitely no questions when it came to the payment. Ms. Lorance saved my heart. I left my own house and more importantly my three sons, because my (now) ex was cheating/in a relationship. Surrendering custody put me on a terrible legal footing to get my children back. It wasn't easy. It wasn't fast, and sometimes very frustrating, but Ashley was fantastic throughout- and even afterwards. Ashley worked with me (initially) financially, although I have a good job, the ex drained our bank account... Ms. Lorance's presence in court was calm and 'point-of-fact,'- the perfect tone for a Child Custody proceeding. From the 'temporary custody' to the 'permanent custody,' I suggested changing our focus from the ex to her new husband- Ashley listened and agreed. My ex's lawyer was unprepared and was often frustrated. On a secondary note- I was able to keep my intellectual property rights (one novel, three screenplays) and 100% of my retirement- Could not have without Ashley's expertise. My three boys live with me now- and I am forever in Ashley Lorance's debt.
