Consistently excellent service

Lisa Godfrey has done much work for me over the years: handling the formation of a LLC for my business after I moved from Massachusetts to North Caroling, handling the probate of my late wife's estate, preparing a will for my own estate. More recently she handled the formation of a new non-profit fou...ndation and the revision of my will. In all this work she and her paralegal did excellent service, making it easy for me to accomplish these tasks. I highly recommend her.

Great job! Very happy with this attorney!

Our company utilizes attorneys all over the country to assist with mechanic's liens and forcible collections. Our experience with Lisa Godfrey was great. She always kept us up to date with actions in our case, and kept our expenses to a minimum. Would highly recommend!

Good experience

I've used Ms. Godfrey two times. Both positive experiences and great outcomes. I have used for collection of money from commercial accounts. I will use her again when the need arises.

Incorporation services

Our family has used her services several times over the years. Our most recent need involved incorporation of our rental properties. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. She handled ALL of the legal aspects of incorporation in a timely manner. Just prior to that she handled drawing up ...our Power-of-Attorney documents. In fact, we have used the services of Knox, Brotherton, Knox and Godfrey Attorneys-At-Law for more than 30 years.
