RYAN AMES IS CLASSY, AFFORDABLE AND ON TOP OF HIS GAME!

I'll try to keep this short and sweet and to the point. I hired Mr. Ames last year for something that wasn't extremely serious but could have landed me behind bars and was also something that could have potentially disrupted my business and/or the future of it had things not been settled. Long story ...short, Mr. Ames not only made that happen but there was almost no effort on my part. Save for having to make a trip to the DMV one time but that one trip and $100 fee I paid for this case to be dismissed was something that without a smooth efficient attorney, I probably would still be worrying about it or getting hit with bureaucracy from The DMV and possibly law enforcement. It was just an error of judgment on my part and on the buyers part so essentially a small misunderstanding led to a cop (investigator in Charlotte) and DMV employee contacting me and asking a bunch of questions and he had enough to nail me for this crime (I'm not a bad person, this was just something that I failed to take care of in regards to a title notary). I'm not from North Carolina so I really didn't have much experience or knowledge with NC titles and in South Carolina, titles do not have to be notarized. And in fact you couldn't even if you wanted to because there's not a place on there for a notary stamp etc. Anyway, at first I panicked but then realized that there were many options available in the area I resided in at the time off Central Avenue. I'm not exactly sure why I ended up going with S&F but I think it was just the closest criminal attorney as Charlotte traffic is a nightmare in that area. But what unequivocally sealed the deal was the fact that when I talked to Ryan it was as if he was some sort of a magician and pretty much told me exactly what was going to happen as if he had already done this many times over and this is no BS review and is not contrived - this is REAL. Everything that Ryan told me would/would not probably happen turned out to be correct. I went from being scared to reply to this cops emails and phone calls to talking to him like an old pal after Ryan made one 5 minute phone call. What I'm saying is I've never seen someone make it look so easy and maybe it was because it comes naturally for him. He's a good lawyer but he doesn't overthink things or blab on and on. The office was neat, clean, relatively upscale and definitely inviting. I never had to go to any sort of court dates nor was I arrested or anything. Ryan worked it out to where I just paid a fine and it was essentially dismissed and it was due to Mr Ames. I was also given the option to just pay a flat fee up front for his services and he guaranteed me that one of time fee would be for the most part all he would need to get the charge taken care of out of court.....which was a small price to pay for my freedom and peace of mind etc). He could have billed me hourly at hundreds of dollars an hour. Like a lot of lawyers do but he didn't. And although this was not a murder charge or anything super serious but - it definitely was the smoothest criminal court matter I've ever experienced due to Siefer & Flatow's dedication. While I cannot speak for his court presence, I will say that if you decide to speak with Mr. Ames, don't let his quiet,/shy demeanor fool you..... He's not a big talker and he's definitely young still and I'll be honest, I did have some reservations in the back of my mind initially because I was used to these "EXTRA" type family attorneys that would sell me a dream so they could block bill me and rack up the fees. Remember, not every lawyer cares about the outcome of your case I was still actively fighting a nasty custody battle via family court in SC at the time & honestly had already had grievances, distrust and even disdain for lawyers by this point and the case wasn't over with. I lost that case. It was a nightmare. But Ryan was a breath of fresh air & truly cared about the outcome! He's the real deal. Call him...you'll see!

We won!

Never thought I would get a DWI but I did on Oct 26, 2018. I was so in shock. Told myself this could never happen to me. First thing I did was google the best law firms and best lawyers in the Charlotte area with the highest percentage rate for winning DWI cases. I came across Seiferflatow. They wer...e very adamant about winning and was willing to fight. Ryan Ames made sure he took extra steps to make sure he could really win my case. At first I was feeling discouraged but he was confident and went into small details about things I didn’t understand. I told myself this is taking forever but I just let Ryan do his thing and I must say On Feb 4, 2020 my case was Dismissed! Thank you Ryan!!!!!! No more DWI’s for me.

Best DWI Lawyer

In October 2017 I found myself in a big situation with the law. I immediately contacted Seiferflatow law firm and spoke with Ryan and Adam. They were both very professional and told me my chances and also what was going against me. Ryan represented me in court several times on this matter and was fin...ally able to get me a favorable outcome yesterday. Ryan is very calm in court and this works very well with the judge. He's one of the most knowledgeable dwi attorneys you'll ever come across. Thanks for your hard work Ryan!

Best Attorneys in NC

We were beyond pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge & dedication Ryan displayed in our case. He was honest & upfront with us regarding the charges we were facing but also gave 110% while defending our case, always answering his phone, day or night, to put our minds at ease with any q...uestions we had about the legal process. As a result, the charges were dismissed & justice was served. Ryan's dedication to our case went far beyond anything we could've expected when we hired a criminal defense attorney.
