Aimee Elizabeth Cain

Aimee is the best lawyer I've ever had contact with. Married three times with bad custody battle twice. She really is wonderful and NOT money grubbing and greedy. Once she even gave me advice without a charge. I truly admire her as a person and as a professional. If I'm ever back in her state and ha...ve a need she is the only lawyer I'd ever consider. I miss her, she's very refreshing in today's world of mostly greedy over- rated over-paid attorneys that are heartless.... she is a gem with a great big heart.

Totally incompetent and incapable of doing what you pay her thousands of dollars to do. Never returns phone calls and when I call her office, she is never there. I am constantly told to contact her by email but she never answers those either. She took my money and did nothing but agree to continuance...s for almost a year and then told me if I didn't pay her more money she would withdraw as my attorney and I could start over. She shouldn't be allowed to be an attorney and take someones hard earned money and do nothing for them. Never hire this fake!

Aimee took almost $4,000 up front for a custody case. I never went to court. She actually went to the child support hearing without telling me and I ended up paying thousands of dollars in arrears that weren't even owed. She made up numbers for my income. She never even knew who I was when I asked to... speak with her. She does not return calls. EVER. She told me I had $700 in my account and when I tried to get it back, she changed her story to my case being a "fixed" rate. Please save your money for an organized compasionate lawyer.

Aimee Cain is not just a lawyer, she is a genuine, whole hearted individual that TRULY cares about her client. I currently have Aimee as my attorney and without her I don't know where I would be with my case. She makes sure you are clear on every single motion filed or motion needing to be filed. ...I personally have multiple kids that are a part of this very contentious divorce and the support and empathy that Aimee has provided is more than I ever imagined receiving during this time in my life. Whether late at night or during recess of another trial she WILL get back with you and spend as much time answering your questions. Now let's discuss trust, this is not something that comes easily from attorneys. I have had several court dates where she has asked that I trust her judgement and I am always pleased. Her pristine office and staff complete the package. I would highly recommend her whether a simple or nasty divorce. She is very reasonable and not out to break anyone, rather use your funds wisely while keeping your best interests in mind.

I regret hiring her and the same things happened to me that happened to the previous two posters. She took my money in September 2014 and my case did not go to trial until September 2015. I understand the legal system takes time... a lot of time. But when I was at trial that day she did not even know... who I was because she had not seen or spoken to me in a YEAR (I had to wave her down and she then told me she did not remember what I looked like. This is NOT something you should tell your client). The only person I ever spoke to was Victoria (the secretary/assistant). The attorney's team made errors on the documents and my case almost got dismissed. You will never speak to the actual attorney you paid for unless you go to court and she has to be present (and she may not remember who you are). We won my case and she fell off the map completely after that and I never got compensated, so I called their office and nobody would ever return a call. Then the attorney could not even call me back, the receptionist called and told me that my case is closed (uh, what??) there is nothing they can do for me. After almost 2 years and a bunch of disappointment I now have to "hire another lawyer" (their words) or try to figure this out myself. I definitely do NOT recommend this lawyer unless you want to waste a lot of time, money, never get told what is happening with your case, and never even speak to or see her and get treated like you are just a dollar sign.
