Aimee Elizabeth Cain

I had a great experience with Aimee. Fantastic lawyer!! She always called me back promptly and even called me from Egypt when she was on vacation when I sent her an email asking that she contact me ASAP. I had no idea she was half way around the globe. LOL!! She worked with me to prepare my testi...mony and was sooo on top of it at trial. I feel lucky to have found her. I think my ex wishes that they had found her first :)

I regret hiring her and the same things happened to me that happened to the previous two posters. She took my money in September 2014 and my case did not go to trial until September 2015. I understand the legal system takes time... a lot of time. But when I was at trial that day she did not even know... who I was because she had not seen or spoken to me in a YEAR (I had to wave her down and she then told me she did not remember what I looked like. This is NOT something you should tell your client). The only person I ever spoke to was Victoria (the secretary/assistant). The attorney's team made errors on the documents and my case almost got dismissed. You will never speak to the actual attorney you paid for unless you go to court and she has to be present (and she may not remember who you are). We won my case and she fell off the map completely after that and I never got compensated, so I called their office and nobody would ever return a call. Then the attorney could not even call me back, the receptionist called and told me that my case is closed (uh, what??) there is nothing they can do for me. After almost 2 years and a bunch of disappointment I now have to "hire another lawyer" (their words) or try to figure this out myself. I definitely do NOT recommend this lawyer unless you want to waste a lot of time, money, never get told what is happening with your case, and never even speak to or see her and get treated like you are just a dollar sign.

Aimee is not only a great attorney shes an amazing person as well. She has put her whole heart into our case. Her and her staff have been amazing and so helpful in every way. We are not done with this case its still ongoing but I have 100% trust in her and so does my whole family. Our case is very di...fferent and is complicated bc I had not hired her to begin with and the other attorney made a mess of the case but Aimee is fighting tooth & nail to fix it. My children absolutely adore her. She for sure puts her all into every case and you will not be disappointed with her!

That last review is BS. I know and have had several cases with Aimee and know that she is a sole practitioner in a small southern town. No way she EVER got a $25,000 retainer. I also know she is not a blackberry girl. She had a Droid but now has an iPhone. I have never known her to show up without b...eing completely prepared for mediation, trial or a settlement conference. I suspect this review was from a competing lawyer and not from a client. Shame on you whoever you are for playing so dirty.
