Aimee was great! From the first time I went into her office she was very down to earth and straight forward. She took good notes throughout the whole process was as excited as me to procend with the divorce case. During the mediation I started to get money hungry (hoping to get the absolute most f...rom my ex) Aimee actually advised me against it. She noted that it may not be beneficial and her job is to help me, not to take my money. Attorneys tend to get a bad reputation for just wanting to take your money, Aimee didn't make me feel that way. Thanks again Aimee!

I had a great experience with Aimee. Fantastic lawyer!! She always called me back promptly and even called me from Egypt when she was on vacation when I sent her an email asking that she contact me ASAP. I had no idea she was half way around the globe. LOL!! She worked with me to prepare my testi...mony and was sooo on top of it at trial. I feel lucky to have found her. I think my ex wishes that they had found her first :)

Aimee Cain is not just a lawyer, she is a genuine, whole hearted individual that TRULY cares about her client. I currently have Aimee as my attorney and without her I don't know where I would be with my case. She makes sure you are clear on every single motion filed or motion needing to be filed. ...I personally have multiple kids that are a part of this very contentious divorce and the support and empathy that Aimee has provided is more than I ever imagined receiving during this time in my life. Whether late at night or during recess of another trial she WILL get back with you and spend as much time answering your questions. Now let's discuss trust, this is not something that comes easily from attorneys. I have had several court dates where she has asked that I trust her judgement and I am always pleased. Her pristine office and staff complete the package. I would highly recommend her whether a simple or nasty divorce. She is very reasonable and not out to break anyone, rather use your funds wisely while keeping your best interests in mind.

I'm writing this review to help others who are going through family law matters. Choose your attorney wisely as it will cost you dearly. I retained Aimee spending over $25,000 to complete a divorce case. Nothing was done except a failed meditation attempt where she didn't even bring my files...just h...er blackberry. When professional addressing my concerns with Aimee Cain she fought back with rebuttals, avoided phone calls and couldn't answer questions about my case without her paralegal. The AVVO review is a portal to inform customers, which is why I will continue to be honest and share my experience. Lawyers are extremely costly and lemon laws do not exist in this practice.
