My lawyer left the firm.
I was using Allie (?)from this law firm for my husband's estate. She left the firm; I did not know until 5 months later. She had my forwarding address. I heard nothing until April of 2022.I received a letter from Stanely courts. I called and talked to Crystal, and she took all the information she needed. I assumed it was over. I am now being required to appear in court because Mr. Webster excuse himself from my case. They say they did not have my address, if that was so how could they send me papers?
