I am a lifelong resident of Currituck County, North Carolina. I grew up working on my family's farm. I enjoy riding motorcycles and currently ride a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R and plan to start doing some track days in the 2017 riding season. I am active in the shooting sports, especially long range competition and am a strong believer in our Second Amendment constitutional rights. As a result of that commitment, I became a member of the US Concealed Carry Association's Special Response Team in March of 2017. I am entirely committed to the defense of the US Constitution and equal protection under the laws and firmly believe that no matter what a person is accused of doing, that person deserves every opportunity to defend his or her freedom and reputation in our courts and enjoys inalienable rights that will be lost without a zealous and effective defense.

Speeding tickets
Lee represented me when the speedometer was miscalibrated on my Jeep. I had put new larger tires on my jeep and received 2 separate speeding tickets. With Lee's help both tickets got dropped. He did a great job and I would hire him again.
"I worked at a firm where I interacted with Mr. Malco. When I first met him I was impressed with his down to earth and easy demeanor. But at trial he is a fierce advocate. He works hard for his clients and is the go to guy in Currituck and Dare. I endorse this lawyer."
"Lee Malco is an experienced and professional attorney with a stellar reputation in the community. He has the ability to take a complicated matter and boil it down to its most essential elements to achieve the most favorable outcome possible for his clients, whether they be court-appointed or walk-ins to the firm. His advice is a game-changer for anyone facing a DWI or other criminal charge, and I highly recommend his services."
