Biography
I am a native of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. I am a cum laude graduate of Campbell University's School of Law. I have practiced law in northeastern North Carolina since 1990. I have tried cases ranging from first degree murder to speeding cases. I have handled thousands of DWIs, felonies and personal injury cases. Some of my cases have received widespread media attention, including a 6-day trial on Court TV and another featured on a popular crime documentary series, Forensic Files.

ILL prepared for trail
ILL prepared for trial. Didn't ask basic law questions 101 to the prosecution witnesses. Had to hire another lawyer to straighten out what he didn't do. Maybe a good negotiator but but poor trail lawyer
