About me

My practice focuses on three areas:

1) strategic business and tax planning for new, ongoing, and dissolving businesses, related to both for profit and non-profit business entities;

2) tax controversy work consisting of defending taxpayers and practitioners in disputes before the IRS and state or local governmental bodies; and

3) trust and estate work, including structuring complex estate/trusts plans as well as administration of trusts and estates, generally for clients with high income or net worth of $1-5 million net worth or more (I do gladly assist clients with substantially less wealth or income, and also help prepare trusts for special needs/disabled minors and adults).
